Mursario provides a voice AI assistant for administrative communication, including:
- Answering calls
- Appointment confirmations
- Rescheduling and routing
Mursario:
- Does not provide medical advice
- Does not replace licensed medical professionals
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use Mursario in compliance with applicable laws
- Configure the system appropriately for your clinic
- Inform callers that AI may be used where required by law
- Ensure patient communications comply with local regulations
4. Prohibited Use
You may not use Mursario to:
- Provide medical diagnosis or advice
- Handle emergencies
- Misrepresent the system as human staff
- Violate privacy or consent laws
5. Availability & Reliability
We strive for high availability, but the service is provided “as is”.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
6. Intellectual Property
- Mursario retains all rights to the platform
- You retain ownership of your data
- No rights are transferred except as needed to provide the service
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Mursario shall not be liable for:
- Lost revenue
- Missed appointments
- Indirect or consequential damages
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- These terms are violated
- Use creates legal or security risk
You may stop using the service at any time.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where Mursario operates.
